This session aims to provide a comprehensive overview of mental health, including common mental health conditions, their symptoms, and how they can affect individuals’ lives. The importance of mental health awareness and ways to support those who may be struggling will also be discussed. This program is presented in partnership with Prairie View A&M Extension.
