July 19th - Sumi Ink
Our second art session, explores sumi ink as a practice of control, patience, and restraint, where each brushstroke is deliberate and irreversible. It focuses on how ink density, water, and pressure shape tone and movement, revealing how much can be said with very little. The work centers on learning to trust the brush, the breath, and the moment the mark is made.
