Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am - 12:00 noon 

Wednesdays 1 pm-4 pm

Please bring the following:

  • Social Security Card/ SSA-1099 form for each person claimed on your form
  • Your photo ID
  • Last year's tax return
  • Your checkbook (for refund deposit)
  • All income statements
  • Other related documents
