This program offers personalized, 1-on-1 assistance with a librarian for patrons needing basic help with technology related to library services. Appointments will focus on common tasks such as help with computer basics, download Libby, how to use Word, or set up email, connecting to Wi-Fi, and other basic tech issues.
Reservation Required.
This service provides basic technology assistance only. We do not offer device repair, software installation, or troubleshooting for complex technical issues. Library staff cannot handle or input personal, sensitive, or financial information on your behalf. All guidance is for educational purposes only.

The Main Library offers 14 Study Rooms that may be reserved up to 24 hours in advance at the Main Library (4001 N. 23rd St., McAllen, TX 78504) available for rental. It is a place where people and ideas meet and connect.
